Photos of the Duchess of Cambridge and her children are among photos believed to have been stolen from her sister Pippa Middleton.
The photos, which also reportedly included naked pictures of Middleton’s fiance, James Matthews, were taken from Middleton’s Apple iCloud account, according to a person trying to sell them to media organisations.
In total, 3000 private photos were stolen and for sale for £50,000 (NZ$89,000), the Daily Mail reported.
Images of Middleton at a wedding dress fitting, the Duchess of Cambridge and her and Prince William’s children, George and Charlotte, were also among the photos.
The seller said : ‘Due to current climate on privacy laws in the UK I’m intending a quick US sale but would at least give you a heads-up’.
A source said that the pictures seemed genuine, the Daily Mail reported.
The hacker said the data would be returned to Middleton once payment had been made by a media organisation, preferably a UK buyer.
