Season two of Married At First Sight New Zealand are seeming to have a rough time trying to find some ‘Kiwi blokes’ for the reality TV show.
Applications for the reality TV hit are still open and a current advertisement for the show asks single males, “How’s your love life? Bad?” before running through some of the classic pitfalls of life as a bachelor.
The first season of Married At First Sight NZ captivated audiences and MediaWorks has stated applications this year have been coming in hot, adding that wanting more men isn’t unusual.
“Typically, more women tend to apply for this show than men, and that is consistent across the globe,” a MediaWorks spokesperson said.
“We want some more typical Kiwi blokes to get off the sofa and consider this show as a great opportunity to meet someone special.”
Interested Kiwi dudes can apply for Married At First Sight NZ here – and yes, applications are still open for women, too.
