YOM! The whole crew will be drooling over this one! The hardest part of this whole recipe is not to devour it all on your own before it hits the table.

Summer is officially in full swing, and with backyard BBQs and festive Christmas feasts amping up the real MVP of any table is the pavlova ofc!

Drowned with cream and topped with sliced fruit, berries or just a flake or shaved chocolate. No matter how you prefer your toppings, it’s a kiwi summer staple.

Now, I’ll be real with you, making pavlova can be a bit fiddly at the best of times. Hoping your oven behaves and crossing your fingers it’s not a total flop – literally.

But one woman has changed all that with her super simple, pavlova recipe using the legendary kitchen appliance: The air fryer.

TikToker @syaridatulnabilah shared her cute pavlova design and recipe that you can whip up in just one hour.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1tsp vanilla essence

METHOD:

  • Beat egg whites to a soft peak, slowly add caster sugar, and fold through cornflour and white vinegar.
  • Line your air fryer basket with baking paper. Evenly spread on baking paper or pipe a cute floral design like above.
  • Cook at 110 degrees for approx 1 hour.
  • Once finished slightly open the air fryer draw and let sit for another 20 mins. Top with cream and whatever topping you like.
