Amazon Australia will now ship direct to New Zealand!

-

After three years of Amazon being in Australia, Kiwi’s will now be able to buy direct from the retailer and get their goods shipped for faster and very likely cheaper deliveries.

Tony Austin, general manager of Exports for Amazon.com.au, said today – “We are excited to offer Kiwis access to millions of products at great prices,”

“We know many New Zealand customers are already shopping on the US store and we are pleased to be offering them a faster option.”

Amazon.com.au adds to the options that New Zealanders already have for buying goods online, including MightyApe, JB Hi-fi, The Warehouse and more.

Amazon said the change meant New Zealanders would be able to buy “millions” of products from amazon.com.au, in addition to the company’s main United States site, and have them delivered faster and more cheaply.

Customers could expect delivery in three business days to parts of Auckland and Christchurch for “as little as A$6.99 (NZ$7.52)” and standard delivery starting at AU$2.99, it said in a statement.
