Modelling shows that by the end of this month there is a 50/50 chance of us having eliminated COVID for the second time. For us to achieve this you need to stay home if you are sick, and get a test. Scan in, continue to wear face coverings. Under level 2 you will still need to wear face coverings on public transport in Auckland, and on any planes going to from, or through Auckland.

Neighbours have returned negative results. 86 passengers who were on the charter flights from Christchurch to Auckland are being contacted.
